For those of you who do not know me, this is my family.

Earlier this year, my dad decided to paint the living room again, and with new paint, comes new photos and decorations for the walls. Well, since I am the "artistic one" in the family, I usually get the job of helping to decorate. So my dad gave me and my mom the job of buying new things for the living room, such as, frames, shelves, etc...you get the idea. Well, the most recent family photos we had previously had on the walls were from 2009 and early 2010, when Michael & Lisa, Emily & Kyle, and Matt and I all got married. I decided that we were done with wedding pictures on the walls and we needed something more casual and updated. 

Well, let me tell you, this has dragged on for months, since I live in North Dakota and when I am back home, I am usually working. So finally we got the chance to all be together and do family photos. So after many months of blank walls with new paint, here are some of the new photos that will be in our living room in new frames and on new shelves! 

Matt & Meghan • Two Harbors Engagement Photographer

This was a fun session! This is my cousin, Matt, and his fiance, Meghan. We went out to our second cousin's farm for their engagement session, which is one of my favorite places to photograph. I am so excited that Matt has found Meghan. She is such a perfect addition to our family and we love her to pieces. We can hardly wait for their big day! 

Aaron • Twin Cities Senior Photography

This is Aaron. What a great kid. Aaron is actually my second cousin. We had a great time out taking his senior photos. We went to the golf course to capture some great shots of him with one of his passions. Aaron spent most of the session laughing at me because I am totally clueless when it comes to golf and I was having him do all of the wrong things in the wrong places on the course. Not to mention him telling me to be quiet because I tend to talk too loud and there were other golfers playing the course! We also got to head back to Aaron's house on the Mississippi for some more casual photos. What a neat place! Thank you, Aaron, for putting up with me! Hope you have a great senior year!

Kristi & Cory - Engaged! • Minneapolis Engagement Photography

Kristi and Cory had an awesome night for an engagement session in Minneapolis. We had their session in one of my favorite places for a shoot, St. Anthony. LOVE! Kristi is one of my "sisters" and I absolutely love being with her and Cory. They are so goofy and they are always fun to be around. I love you guys so much, and I cannot wait until January to photograph your wedding! =)
