Alicia & Justin are married! • Two Harbors Wedding Photography

Alicia and Justin got married this weekend at Grand Superior Lodge, just north of Two Harbors. They had an absolutely gorgeous summer day for an outdoor wedding. This was such a fun wedding to photograph, since I attended the same high school as the bride and groom and knew many of their guests. It is always fun to see people I haven't seen since high school! Congratulations Alicia and Justin! 

Brian & Katie are Engaged! • Duluth Engagement Photography

Brian and Katie are engaged! While I was home for Christmas, we got together to photograph their engagement. Luckily, we had just enough snow on the ground to make it pretty outside. We visited Brian's aunt and uncle's beautiful property for their session. Congratulations guys, I can hardly wait for your big day!

Jake & Kathryn are married! • Twin Ports Wedding Photography

Jake and Kathryn were married on New Year's Eve. What a fabulous way to ring in the new year, in my opinion! They had a beautiful winter day, with just the right amount of beautiful snowfall for the few photos we were able to do outside. Congratulations, Jake and Kathryn! You two are perfect together.

Proposal • Duluth Engagement Photography

Kristi has been one of my dearest friends literally since we were babies. So, when my husband and I ran into her boyfriend, Cory, in the cities this summer and he briefly mentioned he was going to be needing me for a photo session sometime in the future, I knew what was up!

So needless to say, while I was back home for Christmas, I got to capture a truly special moment for my dear friends. Congratulations, you two. I cannot tell you how truly honored I was to be there for such a special time and to be able to give you the memories you will cherish the rest of your lives! Love you both!

Lehman Family • Thief River Falls Portrait Photography

I have known the Lehman family for many years now, and to me, they are family. They recently relocated to Thief River Falls, only about an hour from us here in Grand Forks. We got together last weekend for a portrait session in their wonderful new home. Enjoy!

By now these are probably familiar faces on my blog. My dear friend, Angela, is expecting a baby boy in late January, and we got to take some family and maternity portraits for her. She has the cutest family! I can hardly wait to meet her new little guy. =)
