ENGAGED!!!!!

Well, I can finally say that I too am now engaged!! Matt, my boyfriend of nearly 4 years, got down on one knee and proposed last Monday evening. Matt had arranged for a friend of mine to take some photos of us since we do not have any recent photos of us together and in the middle of the shoot, Matt got down on one knee and popped the question! His idea of proposing during a photo shoot was awesome because we have photos from the whole event. We are thrilled about that!

Joel & Chelsea Engagement Session

I had the joy of doing an engagement session for some close friends. We had a beautiful evening for a photo session at Minnehaha Falls, the place where Joel and Chelsea actually got engaged! I am totally looking forward to their wedding! Congratulations guys!!

Matt's Grandpa

Matt's mom and grandpa came through town a few weeks ago and we were able to get dinner with them before they left town again. While we were there Matt's grandpa handed me an envelope with these photos in them and he asked me to put something together for his family. Of course I was happy to, but I wasn't sure how I wanted it to look. It finally came to me tonight so I pieced it all together. So here is a composite of photos of Matt's grandpa from his childhood. =)

Our friend Kent came to visit Matt and I a little over a week ago. While he was here he came into the studio to have some photos taken. We had a ton of fun! Thank you, Kent, for being such an awesome model (and friend!)
